We accept Cash. We have an ATM located in the dispensary. There is a $3.75 processing fee for using debit/ATM.

The following products may be returned to a dispensary by a registered patient or registered caregiver for the exclusive purpose of being destroyed.

A dispensary may provide the patient or caregiver to whom the product was dispensed a refund of the purchase price of the product or a coupon or credit for a replacement product, and revise the patient’s days’ supply to reflect the returned product:

(1) Defective product;

(2) Product that does not match the item stated on the purchase receipt; and

(3) Medical marijuana that is mislabeled by the cultivator or processor of the product. All medical marijuana returned to a dispensary due to mislabeling by a cultivator or processor must be reported in writing to state board of pharmacy in a format and medium approved by the board.

Saphyre does not permit non-registered patients or caregivers to enter or remain in the lobby/area/waiting room, aside from immediate family members, when appropriate.  Guests must present a valid form of identification (such as state-issued identification or a U.S. passport) in order to remain in the lobby area.

Patients accompanied by non-registered guests, such as individuals under the age of 18, are encouraged to utilize the dispensary’s pre-order and drive-through pickup services.

Registered Caregivers may accompany the patient inside the dispensary, when appropriate.  Like the registered patient, the caregiver is required to present their Ohio Medical Marijuana Program Caregiver Card and a valid form of identification in order to access the dispensary.  

A caregiver does need to bring the patient’s Medical Marijuana Card or identification with them during a visit.  The dispensary staff will need both sets of identification.
